Please arrive between 2:00 to 2:30 PM to park and make our way down to the Ceremony site. There are quite a few stairs so the Venue staff will be taking people that are unable to take stairs down to the site and will need time to make trips.

The Cocktail Hour and Reception will follow and are all on the same site. Please note that the Ceremony and Cocktail Hour will be outdoors and the Reception will be taking place indoors in the Great Hall.

There is room to sleep 86 people on site, rooms are equipped with 2 bunk beds and sleep 4 people a room with a several male and female washrooms with showers that are scattered along the hallways. Please read question regarding sleep accommodations below and bring bedding if staying the night. There is also a field adjacent to the reception site that people can pitch tents on as well if you would like. If you choose this option, it may be advisable to arrive early to set up. Please reach out with any questions about this if needed.

Attached in your invitation is a parking permit, please bring with you on the day and display in your dashboard. Parking will be in the back lot and there will be signs directing you to the spot.
